Dissecting Dissent aka. Critical Mass in NYC

New York, NY - Although Citystreets is not a cycling organization, we realize the value of a flourishing bicycle culture in an urban environment. We thus see it as unfortunate the strategic failure of Critical Mass, the monthly bicycle ride, to develop a positive and resonate message with the public, instead of of its message of dissent and protest.
